White-label booking app for one-location studios

Your studio's own booking app. Not another platform's.

Your name, your icon, in the App Store. Your members book in an app that's yours — not a listing inside someone else's marketplace.

€199/month. iOS, Android and web app included. No setup fee, no cut of your payments.

Apple ($99/year) and Google Play ($25 once) developer fees are separate and paid by you directly — it's what keeps the app listing in your name.

Book a 15-minute demo

15 minutes, screen shared, no slides. We'll tell you in the first five if it's not a fit.

Right now,bookings livein your phone.

Messages at 11pm asking if there's space Thursday. A member who books, doesn't show, and it costs you the spot and the money. A spreadsheet only you understand. Class lists you rewrite by hand when someone cancels.

The software built to fix this was made for gyms ten times your size. Most studios use maybe a fifth of it and pay for all of it — and the first month is spent teaching the front desk where everything is.

What it is

Three things,done properly.

  1. 01 Your app, your brand
  2. 02 Booking that runs itself
  3. 03 Simple on purpose

01 — Your app, your brand

Your name on their home screen.

Your studio's name and icon on your members' phones, in the App Store and Google Play under your own developer account. Downloading your app is choosing your studio. Members who'd rather not install anything book from the web version, in your colours, under the same name.

01 — Your app, your brand

Change the colour once. Every phone follows.

Change your brand colour in settings and every member's phone updates — no app update, no waiting. Colours, font and logo, any time.

Pick a brand colour
Font

02 — Booking that runs itself

Someone cancels. The next person gets the spot.

The first person on the waitlist gets the spot and a notification. You do nothing.

02 — Booking that runs itself

The rules you set, not the argument you have.

Members book and cancel themselves. Credits track themselves. Late cancels and no-shows follow your cancellation window and your penalties — every time, without a conversation.

03 — Simple on purpose

Features you don't want get switched off.

Waitlist, badges and the news feed can each be turned off for your studio. Your front desk learns it in an hour, not a fortnight. That's the product decision, not a shortage of engineering.

Live, on every phone

Cancel it once. It's gone fromevery phone.

Changes reach every member's phone the moment you make them, no refresh. Cancel a session and it disappears from the schedule, and everyone booked gets a notification.

Pricing

€199 a month.That's the whole price list.

One price. Every studio, every feature, including your branded app on iOS, Android and the web.

On most studio platforms the branded app is sold separately, on top of your plan — often at a price you only get by talking to sales. We think your own app is the point, not the upsell, so it's included. There is no other tier.

And we never take a percentage of your members' payments. At €18,000 a month through a platform charging 2.9%, that's over €500 a month in fees alone. We charge €199, whatever you grow to.

At these numbers it covers its price about 4 times over.

A late cancel comes back when the waitlist refills it; a no-show comes back when your no-show rule charges the credit. A waitlist only refills a spot if someone is on it, classes that never fill won't refill either, and some admin always stays with you — this is arithmetic, not a promise.

Where they're stronger.

Payments.
All of them process member payments. We don't, at all.
Track record.
They have thousands of studios, support teams, and years of iteration. We have neither yet.
Mindbody sends you members.
Its marketplace is a genuine acquisition channel. We have nothing like it.
CrossFit.
Wodify and PushPress own it. If your members track benchmarks, you need something built for that.
Reporting.
Theirs is deeper than ours.

Worth saying before you spend time on a demo

What it doesn't do.

  1. It doesn't take payments.

No card processing, no recurring billing. You keep collecting however you do today — bank transfer, cash, your own processor. That's deliberate: it means moving to us never puts your income at risk, and we never take a percentage. If you want billing inside the same tool, we're not the right fit.

  2. It doesn't do performance tracking.

No workout logging, leaderboards or personal-record history. If your members compete on the board, you need something built for that.

  3. It won't bring you new members.

There's no marketplace, no discovery. This is for studios whose members already know them.

  4. It's new.

We're onboarding our first studios now. That's a real risk and it's why the founding terms exist.

Who it's for

Built for one kindof studio.

A good fit if you

  • Run one location — pilates, yoga, reformer, barre, dance, martial arts, small-group training
  • Sell class packs or monthly credits
  • Have somewhere between 60 and 400 active members
  • Care what your studio looks like to the people who train there

Not a fit if you

  • Need billing and payments in the same system
  • Run CrossFit and your members track benchmarks
  • Run a large gym on unlimited access and turnstiles
  • Have several locations (not yet — tell us anyway)

Who's behind it

Who you'd bedealing with.

Small, and honest about it: when something breaks, you get the person who built it, on the phone.

We built this after reading a few hundred one-star reviews of studio software. The complaint was almost never a missing feature. It was too many of them — options nobody uses, onboarding that takes a month, staff who never quite learn it. So we built the opposite and stopped there.

If we ever stop

Your data is exportable at any time. Your app listing is under your own account, so it stays yours. And we'd give you 90 days' written notice before shutting anything down.

Founding studios

The first studios getfounding terms.

We're taking a small number of studios now, and working with each one directly.

0102030405

Five places. Not extended past five.

You get

€149/month locked for as long as you stay — €50 below list, permanently, no increases ever. Free setup, including your Apple and Google accounts and the whole store submission. Direct line to the person who built it.

We ask for

Honest feedback, a testimonial once it's working, and two reference calls with studios considering it later.

That's it. You pay from day one — we'd rather know it's worth paying for than find out later.

FAQ

Questions,answered plainly.

Do my members need to download something?

Most will — your app, once, from the App Store or Google Play, with your studio's name on their phone, not ours. Anyone who'd rather not install an app can book from the web version in their browser instead. Same account, same bookings.

Why do I need my own Apple and Google accounts?

Apple requires apps like this to be published by the business they belong to. It also means the listing is genuinely yours — if we ever parted ways, your app stays where it is. The accounts cost $99 a year (Apple) and $25 once (Google), paid by you directly; they're the only costs on top of our price. We handle the whole submission.

How long until we're live?

Usually one to two weeks, most of it Apple's review queue. Setting up your classes, instructors and branding takes an afternoon.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You export it, any time. No notice period, no exit fee.

Can I change my branding later?

Any time, from settings. Colours and logo update on every member's phone without an app update.

What if my front desk can't use it?

Ask us to demo it to them, not to you. Then switch off whatever you don't need.

Are you going to raise the price?

Not for founding studios. That's the point of the locked rate.

Does it take payments?

No. You keep collecting however you do now. That's deliberate: switching to us never puts your income at risk. If you need billing in the same tool, we're not the right fit.

See it on a phone.Fifteen minutes.

We'll ask what you use now, show you the app in your studio's colours, and tell you honestly if it isn't right for you.
